1. Overview
PackDrop ("PackDrop," "we," "us," or "our") provides a platform for creators to fund pack-drop campaigns, manage whitelists, and let eligible collectors claim and open graded trading card packs through integrations with Collector Crypt and the Solana blockchain. By accessing or using PackDrop, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use PackDrop. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the service complies with applicable laws in your jurisdiction, including any rules related to digital assets, promotions, or sweepstakes.
3. Accounts and authentication
PackDrop uses Privy and supported wallet providers for authentication. You are responsible for maintaining access to your login methods and wallets. Activity conducted through your account or wallet is your responsibility.
4. Campaigns, escrow, and claims
Creators may deposit USDC into campaign escrow wallets to fund pack drops. Whitelisted users may claim packs while a campaign is live and inventory remains. Pack openings, card inventory, and fulfillment are handled through Collector Crypt and related third-party services.
Campaign balances, claim limits, eligibility rules, and refund behavior depend on campaign settings and on-chain transactions. We do not guarantee that every campaign will complete, sell out, or produce a specific card outcome.
5. Digital assets and blockchain risks
PackDrop interacts with public blockchains and third-party protocols. Blockchain transactions may be irreversible. You acknowledge risks including network congestion, smart contract bugs, wallet compromise, price volatility, and loss of access to private keys or login credentials.
6. Creator responsibilities
If you create a campaign, you represent that you have authority to run the promotion, that your whitelist and marketing are accurate, and that you will comply with applicable consumer protection, disclosure, and tax obligations. You are solely responsible for the content of your campaign pages, banners, descriptions, and communications with participants.
7. Prohibited use
You may not use PackDrop to:
- Violate law or third-party rights
- Upload unlawful, misleading, or infringing content
- Attempt to bypass whitelist, claim, or escrow controls
- Interfere with the service, abuse APIs, or attack infrastructure
- Use bots or automation to claim packs unfairly
8. Third-party services
PackDrop relies on services such as Privy, Supabase, Collector Crypt, Solana RPC providers, and wallet extensions. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, or actions.
9. Disclaimers
PackDrop is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or specific pack outcomes.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PackDrop and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or digital assets, arising from your use of the service.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we may require you to accept the updated Terms before continuing to use PackDrop. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when these Terms were last revised.
