- Account identifiers from Privy, such as user IDs and linked login methods
- Social handles or email addresses when you authenticate with supported providers
- Solana wallet addresses linked to your account or submitted for whitelist checks
- Campaign data you create, including names, descriptions, banners, and whitelist entries
- Claim activity, including campaign participation and pack claim status
- Technical data such as browser type, device information, IP address, and usage logs
3. How we use information
We use information to:
- Provide authentication, dashboards, campaign management, and claim flows
- Verify whitelist eligibility and enforce one-claim-per-user rules
- Process escrow-related campaign operations and display campaign status
- Store uploaded banner images and campaign content you submit
- Maintain security, debug issues, prevent abuse, and improve the product
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service
4. How we share information
We may share information with:
- Service providers such as Privy, Supabase, hosting providers, and analytics tools
- Collector Crypt and blockchain infrastructure needed to fulfill pack claims
- Other users, when you publish campaign pages or participate in public drops
- Authorities or third parties when required by law or to protect rights and safety
We do not sell your personal information.
5. Blockchain data
Transactions on public blockchains are permanent and publicly visible. Wallet addresses, token transfers, and on-chain activity may be accessible to anyone and are outside our ability to delete or modify once confirmed on-chain.
6. Cookies and local storage
We use browser storage and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember legal acceptance, store draft campaign data locally, and maintain basic product functionality. You can control some storage through your browser settings, but disabling it may limit features.
7. Data retention
We retain information for as long as needed to operate PackDrop, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Campaign and claim records may remain stored after a campaign ends.
8. Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your choices
You may disconnect wallets, stop using the service, or contact us regarding access, correction, or deletion requests where applicable law provides those rights. Some data may need to be retained for legal, security, or operational reasons.
10. International users
If you access PackDrop from outside the country where we operate, your information may be processed in jurisdictions with different data protection laws.
11. Children
PackDrop is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
